John Bly & Dick Gross MemorialThe Bly-Gross Memorial was established to recognize the best road rally of the year. It was established in 1996 following John Bly's death and was donated to the Region by Dick Gross. John and Dick were avid road rally participants.
In 2002, the road rally program was suspended due to a lack of sufficient participants at the local level. It is not known when, or if, the road rally program will be resurrected. | |||||||||||||||||||||
